About this service

Where We Eatin is a free platform that aggregates daily meal deals, happy hours, and food specials from restaurants in the northwest Chicago suburbs. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Accuracy of deal information

We make reasonable efforts to keep deal information current. However, deals can change without notice. We recommend calling the restaurant to confirm details before visiting, especially for deals that have not been recently verified. Where We Eatin is not responsible for inaccurate or expired deal information.

Consumer accounts

Consumers may create a free account to save deals and set suburb preferences. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Restaurant accounts

Restaurant owners may claim their listing and post deals at no charge. By claiming a restaurant, you represent that you are authorized to manage that business listing. Deal information you submit must be accurate and current. We reserve the right to remove listings that contain false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

The Where We Eatin name, logo, and site design are the property of Forza Digital Consulting. Restaurant names, logos, and deal descriptions belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

Where We Eatin is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on deal information that may be inaccurate or expired.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
